Marketing Manager

One of our sister companies is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing initiatives in the food and beverage sector, focusing on events featuring international DJs, historical sites and restaurants. This role will be pivotal in crafting memorable experiences that align with the brand and business objectives. 

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to event goals and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and execute marketing plans that align with company objectives, KPIs, and budgetary constraints.

 Budget Management and Performance Tracking:

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives remain within financial parameters.
  • Establish measurable KPIs for marketing campaigns (e.g., brand awareness, ticket sales, lead generation).
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics as necessary to meet or exceed goals.

Sponsorship and Partnerships:

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorships to enhance event profiles and profitability.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring seamless integration into event marketing strategies.

Communication and PR Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and media, managing public relations efforts.
  • Coordinate press releases, interviews, and media coverage to promote events and the brand.
  • Build relationships with journalists, media outlets, and PR agencies.

 Social Media and Influencer Engagement:

  • Oversee the development and execution of social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach and event visibility.
  • Analyze social media metrics and engagement to make data-driven adjustments for optimal performance.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and media, managing public relations efforts.

  • Analyze social media metrics and engagement to make data-driven adjustments for optimal performance.

 Event Promotion:

  • Create and implement targeted campaigns to promote events featuring international DJs, corporate gatherings, and other productions.
  • Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, and advertising to drive ticket sales and boost attendance.

Brand Development:

  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, both online and offline.

 Post-Event Analysis:

  • Evaluate event performance, including ticket sales, ROI on marketing activities, and fulfillment of sponsorship agreements.
  • Provide comprehensive post-event reports and insights for continuous improvement.
