JOB DESCRIPTION
- Together with the CEO, and the marketing consultant/s, defining the Marketing goals and targets and suggesting a plan to achieve it.
- Communicating the agreed goals and targets with the Marketing team and defining the tools, methods and plans to achieve these targets within the predetermined time schedule. Implementing these plans together with the Marketing team.
- Analyzing the Marketing results and submitting a monthly report with the deliverables.
- Represent the company in any sales/marketing opportunity appointed by the CEO in Egypt or abroad.
- Suggesting the performance KPIs of the marketing team.
PAYMENTS
- Monthly salary (full time, Sat to Thu) + Monthly Bonus + Annual Bonus
- Social and Medical insurance (cost is shared between the company and operation officer)
GENERAL TERMS
- Work under Freedom and Responsibility Philosophy, based on targets previously agreed, with flexible working schedule and teleworking option. (Work from home is common in our team)
- Ability to join tours for training and information update purposes when needed.
SKILLS NEEDED Experience in Marketing with proven results.Experience in the Travel Business and familiar with the travel destinations in Egypt.Familiar with Meta and Google Ads.Excellent computer skills (Internet, CRM, Google Drive, Word, Excel, Canva, design tools, etc)Excellent knowledge of English, speaking and writing. Other languages like German, French or Spanish would be an additional advantage.Self motivated and have the ability to make recommended improvements.
