Telesales Representative

Responsibilities:

Initiating Sales Calls:
Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls. Introduce the company’s products or services and present the value they offer.

Engaging Customers:
Ask questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Use this information to maintain an engaging conversation and tailor your sales pitch.

Listening and Understanding Needs:
Actively listen to customer responses, ensuring you identify their specific needs. Use this insight to suggest relevant products or services and increase the likelihood of closing the sale.

Building Relationships:
Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the sales process. Follow up with leads and customers to generate repeat sales and strengthen customer loyalty.

Documenting Customer Information:
Accurately record customer details, payment methods, purchase history, and feedback during each call. Maintain a well-organized database of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, features, and benefits. Effectively communicate new products and updates to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.

Answering Product Questions:
Address any customer questions or concerns about the products or services. Provide detailed explanations, clarify features, and suggest solutions to customer challenges.

Meeting Sales Quotas:
Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain high levels of productivity, ensuring that sales goals are achieved within deadlines.


Job RequirementsMinimum of one year of experience.Previous experience in Software is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Self-motivated and target-oriented.English speaker is mustAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Working Conditions:- Location: Alexandria, Egypt.- Working days: Five days a week, with weekends off (Friday and Saturday).- Competitive salary and attractive commission structure.- Continuous training and development opportunities.
