In collaboration with the company manager and under his supervision, The Airport representative and Operation officer will handle the following tasks:
- Represent the tour company before its guests, meet, greet and escort them in the airport and various sites/destinations.
- Escort the company tour groups during their travel in Egypt when needed.
- Doing quotations for requested tours and system updates as needed.
- Operation work for tours, such as coordination with tour guides, drivers, local operators, etc and follow up of existing tours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team (CEO and Operations Manager).
SKILLS NEEDED Energetic personality and eager and able to learn fast.Fluent in English, speaking and writing. German, French or Spanish will be an additional advantage. Familiarity with the destinations the company offers tours in. Good computer skills (Internet, CRM, Google Drive, Word, Excel, etc) Self motivated and have the ability to make recommended improvements. Having previous experience in the field is an additional advantage. GENERAL TERMS Work under Freedom and Responsibility Philosophy, based on targets previously agreed, with flexible working schedule and teleworking option. Ability to join tours for training and information update purposes when needed. Monthly meetings to discuss the performance with the CEO, Travel Advisors and Operations and the rest of the Admin Team.
