Overview:
The Account Manager for Osolutions Portfolio will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent client management skills, operational acumen, and a flair for orchestrating comprehensive marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Operation Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of client accounts, ensuring that all processes align with client objectives and company standards.
- Streamline workflows and ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of internal processes and suggest improvements.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet them.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss strategies, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Respond promptly to clients’ requests or issues, fostering a client-first culture.
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop strategic plans for client accounts, leveraging industry insights and data analysis to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing and branding strategies.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements.
Media Buying & Coordination with Third Parties:
- Oversee media buying activities, ensuring optimal placement and negotiation of media spaces to maximize reach and engagement.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including photographers, videographers, and advertising agencies.
- Ensure all third-party activities are aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, e-commerce, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience as proven experience as an Account Manager.Highly data-driven & growth-oriented PersonFluent English SpeakerPrevious experience in Performance Marketing is preferred.
