As a leader in the industry, we push the boundaries of innovation and design, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Key Accounts Manager to expand our market reach and grow our business-to-business (B2B) portfolio.

 

As Sales Key Accounts Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the expansion of our B2B sales for our premium product lines, including wooden doors, aluminum, and cladding. 

You’ll form new partnerships, identify market opportunities, and implement business strategies to bring Holztec’s high-quality products to new clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead B2B Growth: Spearhead sales efforts across key product lines, focusing on doors, aluminum, and cladding.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand Holztec’s footprint in new and existing markets.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with top clients, providing exceptional service and resolving concerns.
  • Networking: Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Sales: Prepare impactful presentations, proposals, and close high-value contracts.
  •  Report & Analyze: Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track and measure sales performance.
  • Key Account Management: Oversee key account services, ensuring product quality and continuous follow-up.

5+ years of solid sales experience with a proven track record of B2B success.A strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to meet and exceed stretch targets.Experience in windows and doors is a plus, but not required.Must own a car and be fluent in English (spoken and written).
