- Recruitment:
- Screen, source and interview potential candidates to meet hiring needs
- Build and report on monthly and quarterly hiring plans
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Building effective talent pool and sourcing channels for future job openings
- Organization Development:
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Assist in employee onboarding and organize training and development initiatives
- Supporting various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, or talent management strategies
- Assist in quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Operations:
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Administer compensation plans that attract and retain employees
- Generating reports and analyzing HR metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field1 to 3 years proven experience (Recruitment Background is preferred) Good knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication and networking skillsLocation New Cairo & 10th of Ramadan
