Main responsibilities:
- Project Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
- Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Cost Management:
- Monitor and control project costs, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular cost reviews and collaborate with project teams to optimize expenditure.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for senior management, highlighting project financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align financial objectives with project goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to address financial inquiries and provide insights.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate project audits.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications: 8 to 12 years of Proven experience in the Construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles, cost management, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
