- Provides on-going troubleshooting and overseeing the maintenance and repair of Vehicles with RAM technician to ensure smooth maintenance and enhance customer experience.
- Monitors spare parts to ensure that the right parts are in stock and in the proper quantities.
- Educates the service technician team through training sessions about new product launches, prevalent problems, and any other feature that can improve their repair expertise.
- Ensures the availability of all necessary tools and equipment to ensure the efficient operations.
- Manages warranty claims, making sure that damaged products are fixed, resulting in satisfied customers.
- Validates that claims fall under company warranty provisions and approve claims releasing technical assessment report
- Monitor workshop KPI ‘s and daily report the workshop activities to the managers
