Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in providing technical support in a multi-server environment. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, network management software, and remote control software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
