Administrative Assistant (GM) (Females only)

  • Manage Calendar and Scheduling: Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the GM, including preparing agendas and necessary documentation.
  • Communication Management: Handle internal and external communications, including drafting emails, responding to inquiries, and replying to messages accurately.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy access as required.
  • Report Preparation: Compile data and prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support the GM in decision-making.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics and on-site support.
  • Liaison Duties: Act as a bridge between the GM and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and handling various clerical tasks.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.Skills:Language Proficiency: Excellent to native-level English proficiency is required, along with fluency in Arabic.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to travel internationally for business purposes as required.Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, discretion, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
