Job Openings:

1. Exterior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design innovative and sustainable exterior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
• Produce high-quality 3D models and visualizations using 3ds Max and Corona Render.
• Prepare accurate technical drawings and plans in AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Stay updated on the latest materials and trends in exterior design.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in exterior design.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Render, and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Portfolio showcasing outstanding exterior design work.

2. Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design innovative and functional interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
• Create detailed 3D visualizations and photorealistic renderings using 3ds Max and Corona Render.
• Develop precise technical drawings and layouts with AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to bring design concepts to life.
• Research and incorporate new trends, materials, and furnishings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Render, and AutoCAD.
• Strong sense of design and spatial planning.
