Supervise and guide the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
Delegate tasks and monitor performance to meet departmental objectives.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including orientation and induction programs.
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
Promote a positive workplace environment through engagement initiatives.
Manage and maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate performance evaluation processes and ensure feedback is constructive.
Identify training needs and recommend appropriate development programs.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent application of company policies across all departments.
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, including workforce analytics and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and other relevant regulations.
Act as a bridge between employees and management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Provide strategic input to support organizational development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Key Competencies:Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.High level of organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
