Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control within the construction or infrastructure industry.Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, Primavera, or AutoCAD).Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
