Job summary:
The jobholder is responsible for overseeing the development and administration of internal and external regulations, protocols, and policies as well as creates and maintains test data, performs testing, and report results to ensure a consistent and high level of quality for all processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions.
- Develop Dashboards with interactive views, trends and drill downs along with user level security.
- Identify patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
- Perform any other duties assigned to him/her related to the nature of the work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify information needs and requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement MIS solutions to support organizational objectives.
- Customize and configure MIS software and applications according to specific business needs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the MIS.
- Manage databases and data repositories to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of information.
- Develop and implement data quality assurance measures to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Develop data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the performance and functionality of MIS systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MIS software, databases, and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on MIS functionalities and usage.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and manuals for MIS systems and processes.
- Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate users on MIS functionalities and best practices.
- Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing user learning and development.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in MIS and related fields.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the MIS environment.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
5 years of experience as an automation specialist with at least 2 years of experience in the following platforms: 1. Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access and VBA2. Power Automate Desktop3. SQL Server4. Genesys will be an advantage. Attention to detail, accurate and concise.Able to keep neat and organized record and files.Demonstrated ability to work with advanced excel functions like pivot, VB Scripting, dashboards, formulae and functions.Demonstrated ability to create presentations for on MS PowerPointKnowledge of Data Base Management Applications and creating and updating database.
