- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to Local Area Networks “LAN” and Local Area Networks “LAN” in all the head offices and large branches.
- Proactively monitor users’ network in the head offices and large branches to promptly identify, and resolve any branches network and system problems, performance issues.
- Analyse and interpret network events, alarms and log files.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the higher-level support teams according to the agreed policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the communication team on preparing the physical network structure in the BM buildings and large branches.
- Do the required configuration for any the WAN/LAN network hardware related to any building or large branch.
- Perform regular checks on network hardware and software to ensure all the configuration are consistent and all security measures are in place.
- Promptly respond to service desk incidents for supporting/fixing any user 'network request/complain.
- Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations for all the local network of buildings.
- Develop and provide reports on buildings/large branches local network performance and utilization to management.
- Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
