Social Media Manager | MAF Retail | Head office Egypt


ROLE SUMMARY

The Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategy for the company. The role holder is also responsible for designing and implementing social media strategy aligned with business goals and overseeing campaigns achieve satisfactory ROI.


ROLE PROFILE

  • Plan and execute all digital social media and advertising campaigns in market.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Propose and implement action plans in order to increase productivity, performance and effectiveness of the operations.
  • Work closely with the Commercial & Operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on the insights.
  • Develop the in-market approach to social comms, in line with wider company objectives.
  • Working with the central team, plan & develop the social strategy for the market.
  • Works with the Commercial teams to identify successful campaigns in offline campaigns.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Visual Communications or Media.
  • 4+ years of experience in Social Media.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Proactive and creative.
  • Stakeholders management.
  • Proficiency in English.
