MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

§ Responsible for proper and correct usage of all tools, equipment and working clothes and informs immediately the concerned Service Center Manager about misuse and defects.

§ Responsible for independently conducting all tests and measurements for trouble-shooting in accordance with the specifications provided by the manufacturer.

§ Responsible for ensuring and supervising the quality of work.

§ Responsible for practical instruction and support of apprentices and colleagues.

§ Responsible for providing apprentices and colleagues with regular and up-to-date information on technical modifications and innovations, measuring and testing facilities as well as tools.

§ Responsible for Communication between workshop and Technical delegate.

§ Responsible for repair work, in particular difficult tuning and adjustment of engines, drive components, transmissions, final drive units, steering and brake systems, chassis and suspensions in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

§ Responsible to achieve his Web Based Training Targets

§ Responsible to achieve his Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) Targets

§ Responsible deputy of the workshop manager in main facilities or Service Center Manager in medium facilities
