El Kharashy Contracting & Trading company is hiring Key Account Sales Representative
Job Description
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Initiate business relations with potential customer networks (Knocking doors).
- Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, addressing any issues or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Set business plans and follow-up during execution of deals until the final delivery due date.
- Develop positive contact with clients for long-term business relations.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Sales background is preferred.Ability to deliver excellent customer experience.Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).Excellent command of English (spoken & written).Understanding of sales performance metrics (Targets % or KPIs).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.Professional problem-solving attitude.BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fine Arts, Engineering or relevant field.Team management skills.Strong analytical and organization skills.Ability to travel within the assigned territory.Valid driver's license.Preferably own a car.Alexandria, Cairo, Mansoura and Assiut residents are preferred.
