- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and reports.
- Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets for review by senior accountants or management.
- Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Maintain and update financial databases and accounting software systems.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather financial information for reporting purposes.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Handle basic bookkeeping functions and ensure accuracy in data entry.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the finance and accounting field.Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
