• Manage and Monitor Sophos - FortiGate ( Users, Policies, and Traffic)
• Manage Backup Solution
• Manage and configure Cisco Switches
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent• 3-5 years experience in IT field.• Knowledge of Windows Operating System, hard desk management tools, Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, Etc.• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems• Wide knowledge of office software applications• Microsoft MSCA• Cisco CCNA
