Role Description
We’re looking for a Professional Sales Coordinator at Egyptian Engineering Company on the 6th of October. The Sales Coordinator will coordinate sales activities, provide excellent customer service, and support sales operations. They will communicate with clients, manage sales documentation, and assist the sales team in achieving their targets.
Job Duties:
- Manage and coordinate sales activities to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information and quotations.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Create and maintain sales reports.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications.
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new products and services.
- Arrange for the creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team generate business leads.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal-setting to the senior management team.
Job Requirements & Needed Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Generally, needs to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.Knowledge of the steel fabrication and pressure vessel industry is preferred.Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills.Current knowledge of industry regulations and trends.Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals.Strong organization and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
