  • Develop and implement sales strategies and pipeline to achieve targets
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales offers to potential customer
  • Negotiate PO, contracts and close sales deals
  • Monitor market news and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and supply chain activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and supply chain operations.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management for process improvements
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales and supply
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Work closely with the sales and supply chain teams to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team projects.
  • Manage all technical aspects
     

Job Requirements   - 2+ years of Enterprise  IT Services and solutions Sales experience   - 4+ years of overall Sales experience   - Customer Satisfaction & Account Management skills   - Experince in B2B   - Lead Generation expertise   - Knowledge of IT industry and solutions is a plus   - Strong problem-solving & negotiation abilities   - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field    - He must be courteous, good-looking, and able to deal with different categories of people.   - Proficiency in English and Arabic, with GCC Market experience
