Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Mechanical engineering or a related field.12 to 15 years of experience, 3 out of them as a production Manager.Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to meet deadlines.
