Internal Communication and Employee Engagement Supervisor Key responsibilities

 

Responsibilities, Duties and Working Condition 

1. Internal Communications:

  • Develop and implement internal communication plans to align employees with company goals, values, and initiatives.
  • Create engaging content for various internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, and digital screens.
  • Coordinate and manage town halls, all-hands meetings, and other internal events to facilitate open communication between leadership and employees.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and suggest improvements based on feedback and analytics.

2. Employee Engagement:

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs that boost morale, foster team collaboration, and enhance job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and assess engagement levels, and work with leadership to address concerns and implement action plans.
  • Lead initiatives to celebrate employee achievements, anniversaries, and milestones, enhancing the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support onboarding programs that help new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.

3. Wellness Program:

  • Develop and manage wellness programs aimed at improving the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees.
  • Plan and implement wellness initiatives such as fitness challenges, mental health workshops, and health screenings.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of wellness programs, gathering employee feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.

4. Vendor Management and Corporate Discounts:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors to secure corporate discounts and benefits for employees.
  • Negotiate agreements with service providers for employee perks, such as gym memberships, retail discounts, and wellness services.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure high-quality services and evaluate vendor performance regularly.

5. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

  • Develop & execute CSR initiatives that align with the company’s values and mission.
  • Organize employee volunteer programs, charity events, and community outreach activities to foster a sense of social responsibility among staff.
  • Promote CSR activities internally through communication channels, highlighting employee participation and the positive impact on the community.
  • Track and report on the outcomes of CSR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.

6. Employer Branding:

  • Work closely with the HR and Marketing teams to promote the company’s culture, values, and employee stories on internal and external platforms.
  • Develop content and campaigns that highlight the organization's commitment to employee development and well-being.
  • Manage the internal communication of company policies, benefits, and programs, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.Experience Requirements3-5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles.Knowledge, Skills and AttitudeStrong graphic designing video editing, writing, and presentation skills with attention to detail.Experience with digital communication tools such as intranet platforms, email marketing software, and social media.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
