HR Specialist (Food and beverage)

  • Responsible for the recruitment activities in terms of different advertisement tools, CV screening, phone screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews.
  • Recruit white & Blue collars.
  • Participate in job fairs.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Responsible for the medical and Social employees insurance file to editing, cancellation, and following up with the medical insurance provider.
  • Manage & update the employee’s files.
  • Assist in prepare HR monthly reports.
  • Assist the HR department in any needed tasks.

Bachelor Degree.Must have experience in food and beverage field.Max Age 28Excelle Command in English & Computer Skills.Ability to work & handle in a dynamic environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Strong personalityDecision Maker.Strong Handling Skills
