We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure across the head office, factory, and branches, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust network security.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and wireless systems across multiple locations.
• System Monitoring: Monitor network performance and ensure systems availability, reliability, and scalability to support business operations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Security Management: Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions.
• Server Administration: Oversee server installations, configurations, backups, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Branch Connectivity: Ensure all branches and the factory are connected to the head office through secure and efficient network solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, system changes, and maintenance schedules.
• Work closely with other departments to address IT needs and implement solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement, installation, and support.
