Job Description:
· Proof of all daily entries for all accounting transactions in the companies.
· Follow up and make monthly settlements, depreciation and amortization of advance payments, salary dues, commissions, rents, etc
· Reviewing financial documents supporting all accounting transactions
· Review the trial balance with analytical accounts
· Proving assets in the assets register and making monthly depreciations
· Follow up on the tax portal and notification of cancelled invoices.
· Prepare Form 41 for deduction and collection and send it to the auditor for approval and submission
. Closing general expenses and distributing them to projects
. Maintain and save a file or daily entry record according to the general journal number
Requirements:· Experience from 4:5 years (Real Estate Experience is a must)· Accuracy, attention to detail and organization of time.· Handling of MC Excel programs, including the Pivot Tables and the Vlookups.· Bachelor of accounting and preferably obtain courses in accounting and auditing.
