We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoho Implementation Specialist to lead the customization and integration of our internal system to streamline our business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Zoho One suite and will work closely with our team to implement, customize, and optimize various processes including lead management, sales, procurement, and project tracking.
In addition to the primary focus on Zoho development and customization, this role will also encompass general IT support responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of our office’s IT infrastructure.
Here's what the job entails:
Zoho Implementation & Customization (Primary focus):
- Customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications to align with our business processes.
- Implement custom workflows, automation, and notifications based on our lead qualification, sales potential deal, procurement, and project processes.
- Configure role-based access controls and permissions for both organizational and non-organizational users.
System Integration:
- Integrate Zoho with Google Workspace and other third-party platforms as per our requirements.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Zoho applications and external tools, minimizing manual intervention.
Process Documentation and Optimization:
- Review and refine existing business processes, ensuring they are optimized within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and integrations for internal reference.
Data Migration:
- Plan and execute data migration from any existing systems to Zoho, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Set up real-time analytics and reporting to provide insights into business performance.
Training and Support:
- Provide training sessions and create user guides for the team to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
General IT support (Secondary focus):
- Network Management: Manage and maintain the office network, including routers, switches, and network security.
- Hardware and Software Support: Provide support for office hardware (computers, printers, etc.) and software applications.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IT issues for staff members, ensuring minimal downtime.
- IT Security: Implement and maintain security measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, and regular updates.
- Backup and Recovery: Ensure regular backups of critical data and implement recovery plans in case of data loss or hardware failure.
- Device Management: Manage and configure office devices, including mobile devices, laptops, and desktops.

Preferably with previous experience with Zoho apps and/or other software tools or systems Great communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
