Training And Development Specialist

  • Conducting needs assessments to determine training requirements and create a curriculum accordingly.
  • Working closely with other departments to identify skill gaps and target areas for development.
  • Facilitation of training sessions and workshops on telesales techniques, soft skills, and customer service.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing onboarding training progra ms for new employees and development programs for current employees.

Qualifications:TOT Holder or any relevant certification (A must)+1 year of experience in training and development.English Proficiency (B2 or above) Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Strong understanding of training methodologies and Instructional design models. Preferred qualification:Familiarity with telesales processes.Experience designing training content for adult learners.Familiarity with American culture or previous experience working with American accounts is highly preferred.
