Virtual Assistant Job Description

To support our growing operations, we’re seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can efficiently handle various business tasks and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Management

• Add and update products in the Shopify store.
• Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and attributes.
• Adjust prices, update stock levels, and manage discounts for food products.
• (Bonus: Knowledge of Shopify programming to optimize store functionality.)

Email Campaigns

• Create and send campaign emails using provided tools.
• Organize customer lists to ensure timely and accurate email delivery.
• Monitor the performance of email campaigns and suggest improvements.

Advertisement & Design

• Design and create advertisement banners using provided assets and templates.
• Assist in the layout and design of promotional materials for food products.

Invoicing & Client Management

• Generate and send invoices to wholesale clients.
• Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions for reporting purposes.

Administrative Tasks

• Manage Excel sheets for product data, sales reports, customer lists, and stock levels.
• Perform data entry and organize information as required.

Other Tasks

• Act as a virtual right-hand, supporting day-to-day office operations.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and contribute to business growth initiatives.
