- Monitor the performance of instructors, provide reports on them, and guide them to improve their performance
Resolve all technical issues at the branch (laboratory tools, student tools, lab equipment, etc.).
Develop and deliver training programs (in coordination with the direct supervisor).
Create assessments or project evaluations to measure student performance.
Stay updated on the latest developments in engineering and education to improve training content.
Propose and implement new tools or projects that can be integrated into the curriculum.
Continuously improve training materials to keep up with technological advancements.
Work closely with trainers, the direct supervisor, and managers.
Communicate effectively with students and parents to provide information on programs and student progress.
Participate in regular management meetings and contribute ideas to improve programs.
Engage in external events (schools, universities, associations, etc.) as directed by management.
Organize internal competitions among students and participate in external competitions (local and international).
Act as an instructor for the company's training courses if needed.
Record training sessions as instructed by management.
Follow the directives of the direct supervisor.
Develop educational and recreational activities for students.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics,Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and knowledge of visual programming platforms.fresh or ( 2- 3 ) years of experience is preferredStrong understanding of ( Arduino - ESP - Raspberry Pi - Embedded sys. - AVR Microcontrollers)knowledge of ( Machine learning - AI ) is preferred
