- Collect and prepare the data through, gathering and cleaning data from SQL Server and other sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze the data through, using Python and SQL for complex queries, data processing, and identifying patterns that support business decisions.
- Create dashboard through, developing interactive dashboards in Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into performance metrics.
- Collect and review data pro-actively for dissemination to relevant division/parties within the organization and direct, special analyses or surveys on request.
- Support the implementation of data-driven decision support systems for performance management across SGH to enable the institution to have detailed data analytics report to facilitate performance monitoring.
Certified in six sigma/lean/KPI or other performance improvement methodologies.2-4 years of experience in data analytics. Strong experience SQL and Python knowledge for data manipulation, proficiency in SQL Server for database management, and expertise in Power BI for data visualization.Familiarity with healthcare data (e.g., understanding ICD codes and patient outcomes).
