- Provide strategic legal advice and support to the organization on various legal matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Monitor and assess changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization's operations.
- Manage and coordinate the organization's litigation matters, including working with external counsel, preparing legal submissions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date legal advice.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel.
Bachelor’s degree in law is required. Minimum of [1-2] years of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate or law firm environment.Licensed to practice law in Egypt.knowledge of Egyptian laws, regulations, and legal framework.Strong background in contract negotiation and drafting.Excellent research and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
