·Negotiate, draft, review and advise upon, all required legal documentation in relation to corporate and commercial matters.
·Research, anticipate and guard the corporate clients against legal risks
·Provide all the business units with independent advisory opinions in respect of all the legal matters.
·Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, Contracts, capital market, banking finance)
·Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
·Manage team of lawyers and work of their development.
·Bachelor of law (English section).·10+ years of experience.·Previous experience in law firms is preferred.·Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages·Excellent communication skills.·Very strong analytical skills·Proficient in MS Office·Excellent time management skills.·Able to manage heavy workload.·Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
