- Managing required resources, in a Mega VRF project to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Managing all third-party contributions to ongoing projects.
- Ensuring that shop drawings were submitted, followed, pulled, and terminated.
- Dealing with subcontractors, consultants, and customers.
- Managing communications, buying, and sign-offs with all stakeholders.
- Planning, executing, and handing over the project.
- Practicing monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action.
- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of ongoing projects.
- Managing the overall budget and monitoring expenditures and costs against delivery.
- Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time, and within budget.

6-8 years of experience in VRF PM function.Mechanical bachelor’s degree in engineeringAble to read Mechanical & Electrical drawings diagrams.Able to read technical manuals and understand technical drawings.Knowledge of pipe welding procedure & standards.Knowledge of standard safety procedures and required reports.A field experience in a similar project is a must (VRF and its Piping Channels)Track record of project completion.PMP certified or at least attended the course.Experience in VRF & Piping Installation is a must.Have good communication skills.Have a good level of planning and risk assessment.Good level of computer skills especially Word and Excel.Professional level of utilizing the MS projectProfessional level of writing letters & e-mails
