We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 5 years in the field to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and efficiency in accounting practices.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, statements, and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, prepare tax filings, and liaise with tax authorities.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Assist in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits.
- Continuously improve financial systems and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles, local regulations, and tax laws. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
