Human Resources Recruiter

  1. - Identify prospective candidates.
  2. Conduct Interviews.
  3.  Write and post clear and engaging job descriptions and advertisements on various platforms
  4. Managing the hiring process.
  5.  Managing Relationships with the hiring managers.
  6.  Executing Recruitment strategy.
  7.  Screen and evaluate candidates' resumes, and portfolios.
  8.  Negotiate and extend job offers and contracts.
  9.  Maintain updated candidate database for future open positions.
  10.  Use the Head Hunt Method to match the vacancies with the job applicants.
  11.  Manpower and recruitment analysis report updates.

• Bachelor degree holders.• From 1 to 4 years' experience in the same positions.• Very good command of English.• Professional in dealing with Microsoft office.• Experience in a full recruitment cycle• Location: First Settlement, New Cairo
