* Working on AD (Add user – delete user – change password).
* Dealing with (VLANs – Trunking – Aggregation Link – Port security).
* Knowledge about Security cams and NVR/DVR.
* Knowledge about Firewalls (Sophos / FortiGate).
* Install hardware, software, or peripheral equipment.
* Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment,
following design or installation specifications.
* Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
* Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or
upgrades. Act as the first line of support for providing technical assistance.
* Test, deploy, and train end-users on internally developed software applications.
* Troubleshoot the network services Perform Data backup and security policies
implementation of client terminals.
* Perform basic repairs to Copiers & Printers.
* Prepare accurate and timely reports.
* Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.


* BSc/BA in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science or relevant field.* CCNA is must.* MCSA is must.* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
