- Collaborate with stakeholders from medical centers and call centers to understand and document business needs and requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from both medical centers and call centers to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sectors and provide regular updates.
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, including those that span both medical centers and call centers.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Forecast staffing needs based on anticipated workload, projects, and growth.
3 to 5 years of experience Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools V.Good in English. Experience in Medical is A PLUS Experience Saudi & Gulf Market is PLUSTele Communication or Banking background is preferred
