Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Provide support to the management team within a company's sales department.
  • Handling sales and pre-sales coordination.
  • Handling CRM
  • Generate reports, Typing, preparing, and collating reports.

Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agentHands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsA team player with high level of dedicationAbility to work under strict deadlines
