Job Purpose
Field Maintenance Back-Office (Analysis Centre-Retention Management-Budget Control)
Report To Position Name
1. Apply analysis for network availability, Outages, power, EM status and stealth incidents.
2. Investigate on problems with unknown root cause and repeated cases to resolve permanently and prevent problem re-occurrence of same problem with same root cause all over network domains.
3. Track and manage open TTs till successful closure within agreed SLA.
4. Create trackers for all problems with root causes and recommended actions to solve
5. Manage implementation and deployment of problems solution all over the network and send evaluation report about impact on network after implementation.
6. Develop needed processes to enhance work flow between FM and concerned teams and optimize the FM resources through minimize work load.
7. Apply evaluation report for all new power sources used in the network and its impact on network KPI’s and cost optimization plan
8. Manage Governance process for Expansion retention management to insure achieving targets within SLA with minimum retention cost
9. End to End early detection mechanism to reduce the reoccurrence of same category problem.
10. Generates weekly/Bi-Weekly/monthly report to related issues.
