Job Purpose
To coordinate and follow up all ETISALAT MISR network activities & relationships with military authorities and entities. . Interact with local authorities on various issues associated with access network sites certification and ensure conformity with the local regulation and all NTRA affairs related to securing Etisalat network.
Report To Position Name
Observe and manage vendor and contractor’s activities within military authorities while obtaining army approval or coordination’s for building new sites Outside Cairo.Review and insure conformity of ETISALAT MISR sites according to military decrees and regulations.Receive, handle & solve all issues raised by military authorities related to active sites & solve site problems due to none complying with military regulations.Attend the monthly meeting with military higher authority and report its content.Observe & evaluate vendors’ army relationship controllers’ performance to confirm that they are presenting ETISALAT MISR with military authorities as desired.Interview and appraise vendor and contractor’s army relationship controllers.Develop and maintain a positive & cooperative relationship between ETISALAT MISR and military authorities and entities.Prepare & present the periodical site retention activities reports.Develop & enhance ETISALAT MISR technical staff knowledge of military decrees and regulation relevant to network activities to assist them while performing their normal duties.Build and maintain a reliable, accurate and updated contacts data base for all site owners and external stakeholders.Manage and Liaise the Network Access site’s certification and maintain steady performance & relations of site testing with NTRA & NTI.Following up and getting NTRA certificates for all new sites ON AIR.Coaching and following up vendors in rectification actions to secure all network sites & cores.Supporting and acting in all necessary actions with all Governorates, Authorities, and Municipalities.Coaching NTRA team and dealing with acceptance team in adherence.Customer Centricity
