Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, retail, healthcare) may be preferred.
