- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluations and provide coaching to employees. Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Management is required.
- Employee Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Succession Planning: Develop strategies for succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.
- Employee Engagement: Foster employee engagement through various initiatives and programs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze workforce data to identify skills gaps and make recommendations for improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in talent management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Performance Management.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency in HR technologies and tools.Certifications: Certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP are beneficial.Relevant Experience: Experience in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development (OD), or Payroll alone is not sufficient.
