Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Software Integration and Support Engineer at Babelway. The role involves tasks such as software support, technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service. QualificationsSoftware Support and Technical Support skillsAt least Proficient level in EnglishSoftware Development experienceGood knowledge about various communications protocol like FTP, OFTP…etcGood knowledge about XML, HTML….etcKnowledge about XSLT, Xpath and Regex is a great plus.Knowledge about EDI and various other file format like IDOC XML, EDIFACT,…etc is a great plus.Ability to learn new applications, tools to improve integrations between different business applications.Troubleshooting proficiencyAbility to work in a shift base including night shift remotely.Customer Service capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of integration platform technologiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
