Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Media Planning & Campaign Development:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital media campaigns specifically tailored for the real estate market, driving measurable business results.
- Develop comprehensive media strategies based on target audience insights, industry trends, and competitive landscape, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals and priorities.
- Utilize your deep understanding of real estate marketing to advise on optimal channel selection, messaging, and creative assets to maximize lead generation and engagement.
Digital Media Buying & Budget Management:
- Oversee end-to-end digital media buying, managing significant advertising budgets across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Programmatic, YouTube, and more.
- Actively monitor and optimize campaigns to meet lead generation and sales targets, adjusting strategy and spending as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Real-Time Campaign Optimization & Performance Analysis:
- Leverage advanced analytics and A/B testing to continually optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Provide detailed, actionable reporting and insights on campaign effectiveness, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Work with internal teams to adjust targeting, creative, and landing pages based on performance data and conversion goals.
Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Ensure that digital marketing efforts align with the sales funnel, driving qualified leads and supporting the sales team in converting those leads into closed deals.
- Utilize advanced remarketing strategies, lead nurturing techniques, and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates, especially for high-value real estate listings.
- Ensure that campaigns align with CRM and sales systems, optimizing lead capture, nurturing, and follow-up processes.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and SEO, to align messaging and campaigns with overarching business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior media buyers, providing strategic guidance, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Lead weekly and monthly campaign reviews, presenting key metrics and recommendations to senior leadership.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:
- Remain at the forefront of digital marketing innovations, real estate trends, and emerging media platforms to ensure the company’s campaigns remain competitive and effective.
- Regularly assess new opportunities in digital marketing, including AI-powered advertising, voice search, and other emerging tech, and incorporate them into strategies where relevant.
