- Analyze incoming job applications and compare them with the company's current needs.
- Attend career fairs and professional events to enhance public awareness of the company's attractiveness as an employer.
- Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Collect and evaluate resumes to select suitable candidates for the required positions.
- Contact candidates to schedule interviews and coordinate their timing.
- Communicate with department managers and heads to schedule and organize technical interviews.
- Prepare and implement employee surveys and monthly/quarterly incentive programs.
- Execute the approved training plan and track the evaluation of training courses.
- Prepare reports on the training courses conducted.
- Inform relevant employees of upcoming training sessions well in advance and ensure their attendance.
- Enter all training data and trainee information into the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
- Apply the company's policies on employee incentives, including various financial and non-financial rewards and recognition.
- Manage employee benefit programs, such as medical insurance, and ensure all employees are informed about how to use these services.
- Conduct exit interviews with resigning employees to understand their reasons for leaving.
- Prepare a monthly report for the HR manager.
