- Develop BIM Models: Create and manage 3D architectural models throughout the design, construction, and operational stages using BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar.
- Coordination: Ensure the integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems within the BIM model, identifying and resolving any clashes or issues.
- Design & Documentation: Assist in the production of detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from the BIM model for all project phases.
- Clash Detection: Utilize clash detection tools to identify conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems and provide solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all BIM projects are in line with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead a team of BIM professionals, including modelers and coordinators, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Ensure that all team members adhere to established BIM standards and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.4-6 years of experience in BIM modeling. Experience with large-scale projects is a plus.Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, and AutoCADStrong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building systems.BIM certifications or training is highly desirable (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, buildingSMART certification).
