Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Proven track record of success in fintech sales, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and not less than 5 years of experience at the managerial level.Strong understanding of the fintech industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Egypt.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth in a start-up environment.
